2.2 ddwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age verification fails will be suspended and any remaining balance returned to the verified payment method used for deposit, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.
2.3 Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any promotional balances.

3.5 ddwin reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time. You agree to cooperate with such checks, including providing additional identity and financial documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by ddwin.
4.1 All transactions on the ddwin Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or USDT TRC20 are credited to your ddwin balance subject to minimum deposit thresholds published on the Platform.
4.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit ("same-source rule") unless otherwise approved by ddwin's finance team following a review. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

5.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by ddwin are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active, and expiry periods. 5.2 ddwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus funds already credited to Player accounts in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
5.3 Players suspected of abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash — may have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
5.4 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonus wagering requirements count only wagers on eligible games as specified in each promotion's terms.
6.1 All bets placed on the ddwin Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been accepted by the system, except where ddwin explicitly offers a cash-out or bet modification feature on a specific market.
6.2 ddwin reserves the right to void bets in the event of: (a) technical errors causing incorrect odds or payouts; (b) force majeure events; (c) manifest errors; or (d) where event results are disputed under applicable gaming regulations.

6.4 All casino and slot games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and not adjusted by ddwin.

9.2 ddwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: technical failures during live games or sports events; delays in payment processing; or third-party payment provider errors.
9.3 ddwin's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their ddwin Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 ddwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 ddwin may be required by law to disclose Player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of confidentiality obligations.

11.1 ddwin is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered Players at no charge: deposit limits (daily / weekly / monthly), session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options of 1 week to 5 years duration.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players on self-exclusion must not attempt to create new accounts.

12.2 Upon termination of an Account in good standing (i.e., where no Terms breach, fraud, or bonus abuse has been established), ddwin will return the real-money balance to the Player via the Player's registered withdrawal method, less any applicable fees, within a reasonable processing period.
12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ddwin's customer support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ddwin's operating jurisdiction as determined by its international gaming authority licence.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and ddwin arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through ddwin's internal customer support escalation process.
13.3 If internal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in ddwin's licensing conditions.
